I have kept myself busy for the last 5 years with commissions, painting hounds for houndsmen across the continent.
It has truly been incredible and I am absolutely honoured that so many of you have chosen me to honour your hound
But lately, I have felt a pull. A pull to create the paintings that I want to create with no agenda other than to tell a story.
And I am excited
So, this is where I am going to begin.
I am going to create a collection, telling stories of the hounds out there, just like our boy H***h. I want to paint their tired eyes and their fighting spirit and build a collection focused on just one thing,
The Hound.
I am not saying that I won't take anymore commisions but my focus is shifting and I am aiming for the stars.
Every one of these hounds deserves to be remembered.
While I can't gift each original painting, I hope you'll find value in knowing your dog's story has become part of something larger, a collection that celebrates the hounds and traditions that shaped this way of life.
If your hound inspires a painting, you'll have the first opportunity to purchase the original at a discount before it's released. If you choose not to, I'll send you a signed print as a thank you for trusting me with their story.
