Hello! Welcome to Body, Mind & Heart π
My name is Kelli, and I am so excited to introduce myself and my new psychotherapy practice. I offer psychotherapy services both in person and virtually, incorporating approaches such as somatic and art therapy to support healing, growth, connection, and self-understanding.
I have always loved connecting with people and feel honoured to work alongside diverse individuals and communities. Alongside my private practice, I also work part time in social services at our local hospital, where I continue to learn from the strength and stories of others every day.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my family and friends, being outdoors, creating art, listening to music, and embracing the small moments that make life meaningful. Creativity, movement, expression, and connection are all things I value deeply and often incorporate into my work when it feels supportive and right for the person I am working with. I believe that play, joy and laughter are medicine. I also value genuine, deeper connections that allow space to explore the parts of ourselves we may hide away β our shadow parts, big emotions, creativity, vulnerability, humour, and even the parts that feel a little βweird.β I believe healing happens when we feel safe enough to show up authentically, without judgment.
My studio/office is a space where you are invited to be fully human. A space to explore the many parts of yourself that make up your identity, your story, and your experience. Through curiosity, compassion, creativity, and connection, we can begin to better understand ourselves and create room for growth, healing, and self-acceptance.
I strongly believe that in order to feel whole, we need to feel connected β to ourselves, to other people, and to our stories.
Thank you for being here and supporting this new chapter. β¨
