Watercolours made-easy with my lovingly-guided step-by-step workshop. Make up to 6 cards with envelopes & 6 tags with twine! (Extras available for small fee)

COMMUNITY, CONNECTION & CARING 💖

✨ On November 8th, The Annual Illuminate Gala takes place at in support of mental well-being initiatives in our community and helping break the stigma surrounding mental health.

🖼️ I am honoured to candidly share a short story of my artistic journey to find peace through art and human connection - also over the moon to create watercolour paintings throughout the evening.

💃 Fine dining, live entertainment by and dancing, guest speaker , silent and live auctions, 50/50, raffles and meaningful moments as we come together to shine the light on mental health.

💗 Proceeds will be donated to Foundry Ridge Meadows and other mental health initiatives in our community.

One of the biggest mistakes people make when creating art, is thinking about the finished product when they get started!

If you’re thinking about what it will look like in the end before you even put paintbrush to paper, you will constantly be trying to control it - learning to stay out of the way, and let watercolours do their thing with the paper, will reap results that are beyond your expectations!

We live in such a beautiful place, inspiration is everywhere! Slow down, inhale and exhale, pay attention to the colours, the textures, and all the space in between. This will not only help your artistic process, but your nervous system will thank you!

Introducing a collaboration that paints healing in a whole new light — where the soulful presence of horses meets the expressive power of art. 🎨🐴

We’re thrilled to announce a new collaboration between River Haven Farm and Leisa Marie of Wonder Bar Creative – two kindred paths uniting to offer transformative experiences where therapeutic art meets the quiet wisdom of horses.

Grounded in our shared belief that true healing begins when people feel seen, supported, and free to express what lives within them, we’re blending the intuitive presence of our herd with Leisa’s trauma-informed, soul-centered art practice. The result: gentle, restorative workshops that open space for clarity, creativity, and deep inner change.

We can’t wait to welcome you into this vision - where brushstrokes mingle with birdsong, stillness meets hoofbeats, and newfound insight blooms.
