The critics have been heard.... The play Lomax has been been brought to life through the compelling talents of Dan Jaworski, Dave Brumwell, Anne Stockdale and Michelle Tipert. As such, these seasoned actors put their heart and soul into the characters they portray and make you look life right in the face. This play (although not for everyone) is a look into the realities of lives crossed by circumstance, and what can happen in desperate times.

"It's not the typical role I've had the opportunity to play in community theatre" said Dan Jaworski, who plays Lomax.... Nor is it the typical play that is generally offered in this area... Anne Stockdale as Trudy, is the Golden Thread that weaves the story together, and along with Michelle Tipert, brings humanity to a difficult, yet thrilling plot. Dave Brumwell as Billy Allister, is truly loved by one and all.... His flawless portrayal of, and the compassion he brings to the character Billy can only be described as 'steller' .... So come and judge for yourself..

Please plan to join us on any Sunday night in July. . 3 nights left..... Lunenburg... St. John’s Church Hall... Doors open at 7pm... $20 includes coffee and desert.

See you there.

Last night, the play Lomax was launched at a dress rehearsal in front of a critical audience who, I'm happy to say, gave us their heart felt approval. All of my worries and concerns were put to rest, by the stellar performance and technical support provided by a dedicated cast and crew. To watch them work their magic in bringing to life the characters and story line was in itself, magical.

Through their acting ability, the actors made sure that the playbill lived up to what it promisses, that being a plot demonstrating a story about 'Evil - Intrigue and Retribution' . People laughed, were moved to tears and spent time on the edge of their seats.

Thanks to each and everyone of our cast and crew, all of whom will be featured in a future post.

See you all there over the coming Sunday evenings, right here in Lunenburg.....

We are getting ever closer to the 5th of July and the opening night of the play 'Lomax' . Although a serious play about serious issues, the entertainment factor will not disappoint. The plot is filled with evil, intrigue and, compassion. (isn't ever good play?)

The performances will take place each Sunday evening in July at the St. John’s Church Hall in Lunenburg. Doors open at 7pm.... Tickets are $20 which includes coffee and desert and are available at Kinleys Drug and Mom's Buy and Sell in Lunenburg and the Pharmasave in Bridgewater and Malone Bay. You can also purchase them at the door.

We all look forward to seeing you there.
