I recently sold my piece “In Celebration of Life and Creation” at the Her Life, Her Art exhibition on International Women’s Day. I’m so glad my art spoke to others and that it could connect with someone.

This piece is pyrography on solid poplar wood with gold painting. The design is my original creation, inspired by Persian miniature paintings and motifs.

Thank you also for paying attention to my work. It was truly an honor to be part of this amazing group of artists and to share this experience with such inspiring people.

I recently carved this small whittled figurine of Terence Kernaghan, MPP for London North Centre.
Terence is someone I often see at local events, always present, always supportive of the arts community, and always with a kind smile. As an artist, it means a lot to see public representatives who show up and support local culture.
This little carving is my way of saying thank you for being so engaged with the community.
I wish we had more politicians like this everywhere.
