Five years ago, teaching during the pandemic reminded me how important joy and balance are, and pushed me to finally build something that was just for me — something I truly love.

I got certified to sell travel in Ontario and began this journey with Pure Magic Vacations… and I can honestly say, it’s added something really special to my life.

Over the past 5 years, I’ve had the absolute privilege of helping plan countless vacations — from once-in-a-lifetime trips to magical family getaways and everything in between. Each itinerary holds a story, and knowing I’ve played even a small part in those memories means so much to me.

But what truly makes this job special are the people. The incredible clients I’ve met along the way — many who have become repeat travelers and even friends — are the heart of what I do. Your trust, your excitement, and your stories when you return home are what keep me going.

This “job” has brought me joy time and time again — in ways I never expected. It’s not always glamorous (behind-the-scenes planning is real!), but it is always rewarding.

Thank you to everyone who has supported me, booked with me, referred me, or simply cheered me on over the years. 💛

Souvenirs that tell a story are the best kind. Personalized artwork at Walt Disney World is one of those experiences many guests overlook. But they make incredible souvenirs and even better memories. Guests can get things like:

*Silhouette portraits
*Caricatures
*Personalized parasols

Many families display these items at home for YEARS after their trip. I’m not so sure you can say that about many other types of souvenirs.

We have a personalized parasol with my daughter's name from her very first trip, along with first sets of ears for both children. Most recently we had a silhouette portrait done and I have been wanting to get myself a personalized pen on my next visit.

You’ve seen ‘em, but did you know this? You know those adorable polka dot vehicles you see around Walt Disney World property? Those are Minnie Vans! There is an additional cost, but it’s such a fun splurge for getting around property privately. Who can resist the cranked up A/C in the summer heat, super friendly Cast Member drivers, no waiting for other guests to fill a bus! But did you know you can use this as your airport transportation too? What a magical way to start your vacation! Here’s what you need to know (because it does work very differently from the normal service):

The current cost is approximately $249 USD each way (plus most include gratuity).

It’s ONLY available to Deluxe, Deluxe DVC Villas, and Club Level guests (Coronado Springs Resort is the only non-Deluxe resort that offers Club Level).

There is a maximum of 6 guests (and 2 complimentary car seats).

Accessible vans are also available.

You normally order a Minnie Van through the Lyft app but this has to be called in, in advance (from 60 days up until 2 days prior).

Bookings for 2027 Walt Disney World Resort vacations are officially open through October 31!

This is one of the best times to start looking ahead — you’ll have the most choice when it comes to where you stay and when you travel, before popular options begin to fill in.

Disney has also confirmed three Disney Dining Plan options for 2027 arrivals, giving you flexibility in how you plan your meals and overall budget.
