Oh - and there is a balloon sword for everyone (you can join us when we do the song "it's a Pirates Life for Me"). You can play our Newfoundland Ugly Sticks, spoons and wash-boards as well. We'll even teach you our penguin line dance too - it's so much fun!

Today we received a nomination for Children's Artist of the Year from the East Coast Music Association (ECMA). That excitement never gets old!! We have 2 ECMA awards sitting on the mantle as part of the 8 ECMA nominations we have received during our 30-year career performing for kids. To perform for children is our greatest delight and to be recognized for our efforts by our ECMA colleagues is an honour. We (Donna Rhodenizer & Andy Duinker) are happy the snow has stopped so we can get to Greenwood to sign Ed the Invisible Dragon books with artist, Richard Bennett. We had a great afternoon at South Shore Centre in Bridgewater. We did some singing, dancing, sharing spoons, jingle bells and the ugly stick with audience members and handing out balloon swords. We even had a turn to sit with Santa (and I also checked out the direct-to-Santa mailbox!)

Come Join us on Saturday Nov 29 in Bridgewater at the South Shore Centre for some fun songs and greeting Santa. We'll have balloon swords available as well. We'll also have some copies of our new book "Ed the Invisible Dragon" for you to peruse. Ho Ho hope to see you this Saturday!

Join us this Saturday November 29th at 11am with musical entertainment by Family Fun - Music with Donna & Andy and then welcome Santa at 12pm for his first visit of the season here at South Shore Centre! He's getting ready to take pictures with you and he's been practicing his writing so he can reply to all the letters you put in his mailbox.

We (Donna & Andy) will be at the Wolfville Farmers' Market on Saturday, Nov. 22. Ed the Invisible Dragon will be with us - but how will you see him? No problem - he is now an illustrated children's book and you can get a copy on Saturday! A QR code in the book takes you to the free stream of the song and kids will have lots of fun seeing Ed "in action" as they read the book or sing along. Stop by for a book, a balloon sword (because that's what we do!) an autographed sticker, or just to say hello!
