Yeong-Ran's mood swings and character
traits have no logic. Her vulnerability is a failed ex*****on. They force emotional stakes that has me rolling my eyes skywards. The very traits that made her compelling are what she's lost as the episodes progressed. She feels disconnected and her emotions turn on like a switch. The capable bodyguard the first two episodes gave to us is now a weaker vessel. With each episode she grows weaker, one moment she can't throw a punch, the next she's crying and screaming as the man pulls the tr*gger of the pew pew in her own hand. Mind you, this was a man who tried to end her twice. Where did her sense of danger disappear to, it's almost like she knew what she signed up for and is now claiming... clemency?
