Been so busy with outside Designs with clients that I've had no time for carving of anything. But once this new client's deck is finished , then I can get back to carving again and get some new pieces ready for sale.

Help stop the inhumane use of penned wildlife as hunting practice for dogs!

The Ontario government is planning to issue new licences for penned dog hunting. The victims of this practice - like timid coyotes, frightened foxes, peaceful cottontails - can be legally trapped and taken from the wild. These animals are forced into pens to live the rest of their lives experiencing intense fear, trauma and extreme stress as they're horrifically chased down by dogs on a regular basis. This is illegal in every other Canadian province.

In 1997, this archaic practice was set to be phased out when the Fish and Wildlife Conservation Act (FWCA) declared no new licences would be issued and that existing licences could not be transferred. Now, these terrible "train and trial" areas are at risk of becoming more prevalent.

Doug Ford is about to issue new licenses for dog hunting pens—where captive coyotes, foxes, and rabbits are used as live bait for hunting dogs to chase & kill. The Ontario government had quietly backed away from plans to expand this bloodsport, but instead bowed to the hunting lobby.

New business cards. The holiday season is coming. This summer has be busy outside of the business dealings. Repairs and refurbishing our greenhouse and gardens. Though the garden was a total waste of time. I been told just to much rain and heat. Oh well had fun trying. Maybe next year.
Now back to business dealings.
