BREAKING: Court Declares Nnamdi Kanu’s Abduction And Rendition To Nigeria Illegal, Awards ₦120Million In Damages
Oriental Times
The High Court of Kenya, has in a landmark judgment, declared the abduction and forced transfer of the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu, from Kenya to Nigeria in June 2021 as unlawful and unconstitutional.
In a ruling delivered on 24 June 2025, Justice E.C. Mwita condemned both the Kenyan and Nigerian governments for gross violations of Kanu’s fundamental rights and awarded him KSh10 million in compensatory damages.
Justice Mwita, in his judgment, stated, “The government of Kenya violated the Constitution and Mr. Nnamdi Kanu’s rights and fundamental freedoms. Having entered Kenya lawfully, he was subject to the protection offered by the Constitution of Kenya 2010. However, he was abducted, kept in solitary confinement, tortured, and forcibly removed from Kenya without following the law.”
The court further declared that Kanu’s abduction, incommunicado detention, and denial of food, water, and medication were flagrant breaches of his constitutional rights. It also ruled that his forcible removal to Nigeria violated Kenyan laws and international legal standards.
Reacting in a statement on Friday signed by IPOB’s spokesperson, Emma Powerful, the group described the judgment as a ‘resounding judicial earthquake’ that vindicates its long-standing position on Kanu’s illegal rendition.
IPOB accused the Nigerian and Kenyan governments of orchestrating a ‘criminal act of state-sponsored international terrorism’ and vowed to pursue global accountability for those involved.
The group emphasised that Kanu’s rendition was not an extradition but an ‘extraordinary rendition’ involving collusion between Nigerian and Kenyan security agencies.
“He was abducted in broad daylight at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, chained, tortured, and flown illegally to Abuja without any extradition hearing or judicial warrant,” the statement read.
The group also expressed gratitude to Professor PLO Lumumba, lead counsel in the Kenyan litigation, and Justice Mwita for their “courage, clarity, and tenacity” in delivering the judgment.
“This verdict places a permanent legal stain on the records of former presidents Uhuru Kenyatta of Kenya and Muhammadu Buhari of Nigeria, as well as their accomplices,” the statement added.
IPOB warned that the judgment marks the beginning of a global campaign to hold all perpetrators accountable.
“All those responsible, in Kenya, Nigeria, or elsewhere, shall be pursued to the ends of the earth under the universal principle of accountability for crimes against humanity,” the statement added.

Pratik Joshi had been living in London for six years. A software professional, he’d long dreamed of building a life abroad for his wife and three young children, who stayed back in India.

After years of waiting for due clearances the dream was finally coming true. Just two days ago, his wife, Dr. Komi Vyas, a renowned doctor in Udaipur, resigned from her job. The bags were packed, goodbyes said, the future within reach.

This morning, the family of five, filled with hope and excitement, boarded Air India flight 171 to London. They clicked a selfie. Sent it to relatives. A one-way journey to a new life. But they never made it. The plane crashed. No one survived.

In a matter of moments, a lifetime of dreams turned to ash. A brutal reminder, life is terrifyingly fragile. Everything you build, everything you hope for, everything you love, it all hangs by a thread. So while you can, live, love, and don’t wait for happiness to start tomorrow.

She was drowning.
And nobody noticed…
Nobody, except her.

It was June 2022, at the World Championships in Budapest.
Anita Álvarez, an American artistic swimmer with Mexican roots, was performing a flawless routine.
But when her performance ended… she didn’t come up for air.

She had lost consciousness.
Her body floated for a few seconds, then began to sink.
Slowly. All the way to the bottom of the pool.

The audience didn’t notice. Neither did the judges.
Everyone was clapping.

But her coach, Andrea Fuentes, noticed.
She knew Anita—knew exactly how long it took her to surface.
She felt in her heart that something was wrong.

Without thinking twice, she dove in.
Fully dressed.

She swam straight down, grabbed Anita by the waist,
and brought her back up.
She saved her life.

This story left me thinking…

Who knows you well enough to notice when you’re not okay, even if you’re still smiling?
Who would dive in for you without hesitation when you no longer have the strength to come up for air?

And more importantly…

Would you be that person for someone else?
Are you present enough in your loved ones’ lives to sense the moment they start to sink?
Or are you just another spectator, clapping, not realizing that inside, they’re fading?

In this life, we all need someone who doesn’t just see us—
but truly notices us.
Someone who knows when we’re about to give up,
and has the courage to jump in and save us.

A popular Enugu Billionaire Caught By Villagers After Bury!ng Pregnant Woman, Mother And Others Al!ve In His House
( Happening in Eziagu Enugu)💔💔💔

The villagers of Eziagu in Enugu have uncovered a horror hidden behind the flashy lifestyle of a so-called Billionaire.
What appeared to be a soakaway pit in his home turned out to be a ma$$ gr@ve—filled with the decomp0$ing remains of his victims, including pregn@nt w0m£n. Witnesses claim he buried them alive for ritual wealth.

By the time news broke, the community had already taken justice into their own hands—his house was $et ablaze, and he was $tripped, b€aten, and paraded through the village in disgrace.

Ironically, this same man was often seen at parties, throwing around bundles of cash, celebrated as a "big man." His downfall serves as a grim reminder: not all wealth is earned, and some fortunes are stained with blood.

Before you envy the rich, ask yourself—what price did they pay, and who paid it for them.

Say no to blood money!
Say no to kidnaping!

Let no ev!l doer go unpunished 🙏 🙏

ACTS OF ARCHBISHOP BENSON IDAHOSA
It was in a Benny Hinn Crusade years ago.

Arch. Bishop Benson Idahosa was there and other ministers of God.

And it was time for healing and miracles.

Pastor Benny Hinn was still charging the atmosphere when they started receiving patches of rain in that open air crusade.

Everything was about to be messed up.

There were many sick people and none had been ministered to.

Benson Idahosa who was there rushed up to the podium...

Collected the microphone from Pastor Benny.

As though Benson Idahosa almost didn't need any stirring.

He just demanded that they placed their hands anywhere the sickness was...

In that crusade, they even brought a boy that was born having a 'monkey face'.

That's, the face of this boy was almost like the face of a monkey from birth.

And some others were blind, deaf and dumb, crippled and many afflictions.

Benson Idahosa lifted up his eyes to heaven in few seconds and prayed one prayer.

He said "LORD JESUS, THESE ARE YOUR IMAGE, IF THIS IS THE WAY YOU LOOK, LEAVE THEM LIKE THIS"

He dropped the mic and went and sat down.

Immediately, there were massive miracles in seconds all over the crowd.

Including the boy with a strange face was healed.

All of these were not up to 2minutes.

The glory of the latter shall be greater in Jesus Name.

Burkina Faso was earlier paid $1 Billion a year for the gold being mined by foreign mining companies in the country. But since the emergence of Ibrahim Traore in 2022, Burkina Faso have been able to realize over $18 Billion from the sale of the same gold. He has also significantly increase their Gold Reserve which will in turn give a credible value to their currency.

Road construction is currently ongoing within different part of the country, investment in agriculture, health, technology and infrastructure are also being made. He also cleared all international debts and the country is now debt free.

This is leadership, African Leaders are supposed to think in that direction and take the path that will lead to the liberation and greatness of Africa.

BREAKING: "FRENCH ESPIONAGE AGENT BUSTED IN BURKINA FASO".

A Spy Behind an NGO in Burkina Faso, by name Claire Dubois - a French woman in her early 30s, arrived in Burkina Faso posing as the director of a Western NGO called Hope Forward, which claimed to support girls education and women’s health.
She posed as a humanitarian focused on helping African women, visiting villages, schools, and markets, and praising Burkina Faso’s leadership on state television.
However, behind this façade, Dubois was engaged in espionage. She was gathering intelligence on military sites, including military training centers, oil facilities, and drone monitoring posts, under the guise of humanitarian work.
She had two phones - one for public use and one for secure communication - and she sent encrypted emails containing detailed maps and satellite images of sensitive military locations to contacts linked to NATO and foreign intelligence.

Burkina Faso’s intelligence services flagged her activities and monitored her communications. President Ibrahim Traoré allowed her to continue to gather evidence of her true mission. Eventually, she was publicly exposed at the National Conference on African Sovereignty, where the president presented her own classified documents and emails live on stage, revealing her spying activities to the world.

There are diplomatic pressures for a quiet resolution, but President Ibrahim Traore has insisted on transparency and justice, emphasizing the betrayal of trust involved.
