In a world right now driven by chaos.

We can still find the light.

I have met with so many women.

✨ Capable women.
✨ Smart women.
✨ Visionary women.

Yet when they speak.
↳ I can hear the doubt.
↳ I can feel their frustration.
↳ I can see they want more.

I see it in them.
Because it is a mirror within me.

Begging to be witnessed.
To be freed from a cage 🐦‍⬛

This is why I created this event.
To bring women leaders together.

To break out of these boxes.
To be heard, to reclaim their power.

No more shrinking, no more dimming.
The world needs you and your light.

The sign you’ve been waiting for.

Isn’t always loud.

It comes in a whisper.

We say it to ourselves.
Yet rarely voiced out loud.

We tell ourselves:
We should be grateful.
It’s good enough.

Yet in the silence we can hear it.

“Is this it?”

A question so profound.
Yet often overlooked.

1. Name what feels misaligned
↳ Identify where you feel disconnected
↳ Write what specifically feels “off”
↳ Clarity begins when you confront the truth

2. Redefine what success means now
↳ Separate old definitions from current desires

↳ Let your next chapter reflect who you are now

2. Ask a better question than “Is this it?”
↳ Ask “What’s next for me?”
↳ Focus on expansion instead of limitation
↳ Let curiosity lead instead of fear
