On the eve of my new life I feel STRONG and CONFIDENT for the very first time in my life! I tell you, it was a long road, but it was worth the wait. The feeling is so foreign but wow, there are no words to describe. If you haven't reached that yet - keep fighting, keep BELIEVING! It can happen! And it happened for me thanks to ALL OF YOU here who stuck with me on this journey! See what you can do with Mental Illness? Yup! Keep it going!

It is an emotional day as I finally pack my keyboard and recording equipment for the move to Alberta! Thank you so much, everyone who supported me in Nova Scotia! You helped me make a difference and plan to keep it going! Mental Illness Stigma is a tough adversary, but we won't ever give up!

TOMORROW is the day! Doors for the Pre Show open at 1pm. AND for anyone who wants to come say "Until we meet again" (I say when we're so popular that Neptune will host us, and also next Spring *when* we get a Merit Award!), I would love to see you at 12:30! :0) Then we are off to Alberta for my next adventure!

Say a huge CONGRATS to our very own "Nellie", Liz, who just graduated from Saint Mary's University with a double major in psychology and English, a minor in ancient studies and a certificate in forensic psychology. WOW all this AND she was able to rock the role of Nellie! WOW! Watch out for this one - SUCCESS!
