This might be a bit controversial, but after experiencing it firsthand and coming out on top, I see the thin line moms get hung up on. We didn't do this, we didn't do that, and our kids suffered. But when you stop feeding the mom guilt, you'll find you can love fully and unconditionally. It's the same with your partner - they deserve love without guilt. And don't forget about yourself. The more you neglect your own needs, the emptier you'll feel. It's hard to pour from an empty cup. So, let's ditch the guilt and focus on loving ourselves, our partners, and our kids. See the difference for yourself..
