Call out to all the golf enthusiasts! I know your iching to get out there so let's start the season off with no injuries.
Golf yoga at the Haileybury Golf Club opening day at 10am.
Join me in a 30 min session using your favorite things, a cart and a golf club as we open the shoulders and hips as well lubricate the spine to get you ready for those swings.
Shoot me a DM with any questions you may have.
Private golf yoga sessions are available for your group of 2 or 4 or larger. Need a warm up for your tournament let me know.
