NEXT PICK UP DATE: September 9th.

Must place your order by Sunday for pick up that week. I will have my online ordering site back up and running for Sept 9th orders. LIMITED AVAILABILITY.

Serves 5-7

Ingredients: udon noodles, carrots, cabbage, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, olive oil, brown sugar, white pepper, salt, black pepper, green onions, garlic, vegetable broth, cornstarch, sesame seeds

Made with fresh ingredients and cooked fresh that afternoon. Made in a clean, new home kitchen.

As many of you know, I ran an online bakery in Saskatoon (Flynn's Bake Shop) that was extremely successful. I had a blast selling my homemade gourmet bagels, cream cheeses, breadsticks, muffins, cookies and so much more. Selling hundreds of items each week was such a great experience.
This summer we have built our new home and moved to the small town of Hafford (which we love more and more each day). I'm excited to announce that I will slowly be getting back to selling my home cooked meals and baking.

Thank you, Humboldt, for welcoming me with open arms today. It was my first time at your Street Fest (thank you for the warm invite many months ago) and I truly enjoyed it. I met some super kind, awesome people that were vendors near me, and also got to chat with many locals who were enjoying the day. So thank you, for making this day special for me and supporting my business also. I had a successful day and it wouldn’t have been without YOU! That is why I started Hella Beverages. That’s why my heart is in it. I’m surrounded by people who bring joy, who love seeing what I do, and who encourage me to grow.
Mixing drinks? That’s just my creative mind at work. I was asked by a few people last weekend if I got my ideas and recipes from Tik tok or the internet…my answer? I don’t have tik tok, I hardly use social media, this is just my creative outlet. My brain never shuts off and I love creating flavours. I don’t copy other people, I don’t use recipes from online, I’ve made a menu of over 25 drinks, purely out of passion and creativity. 💜

Thank you to my private event clients, and the hundreds of people at festivals who believe in me and what I’m doing. 💜

Prince Albert Street Fest was an absolute blast over the weekend. I served over 200 drinks, the weather was gorgeous and memories were made 🍹 Thank you to Rhonda and downtown PA for putting together an awesome event and including me in it 💜🖤

My humble advice to anyone; never stay at a job or anywhere that doesn’t value you or believe in you. You belong in a place that believes in you, supports you, and sees you for your skills. Always choose you, your happiness matters 💟

Forever thankful for my clients and the private events I have already booked. I am SO stoked for festival season, so far I will be at:

•Haywire Farm Music Fest July 24-25
•Humbodlt Street Fair on Aug 22
