MJS Entertainment has officially entered the Team Addy 3-on-3 Basketball Tournament in Guelph on July 11th!
Over the last 2 years, through Generations & Neon Dreams, we’ve helped raise $20,000 for Team Addy 💛💙

So naturally…

we figured the next logical step was to take our talents to the basketball court. 😅🏀

Let’s just say…

our jump shots may be questionable…

but supporting an incredible cause NEVER is.

Now we’re challenging YOU 👇

What started as one event turned into something much bigger than us.

Thank you to every single person who supported, donated, attended, shared, and believed in what we were building.

MJS Entertainment’s name may be on the cheque… but this was made possible by an entire community of people coming together for something bigger than themselves.

Bereaved Mother’s Day.

I didn’t know this day existed… until I had to.

This photo was from a Mother’s Day shoot with my girls when they were little. A moment in time I wish I could step back into, even just for a minute.

Because the truth is…this isn’t just one day.

It’s every day.

Grief doesn’t follow rules or timelines. It shows up in the quiet, in the memories, in the photos, in aisle 7 at Zehrs. It lives alongside the love, the gratitude, the life that keeps moving forward.

I’m so thankful for Alyssa, for her light, her strength, her presence in my life❤️

And I miss Addy in a way that never softens. There’s a space that will always be hers. A longing for what should have been, for more time, more moments like this one.

Both can exist, and they do exist.

Today I was holding space for myself, and for every mother carrying love and loss at the same time. Not just today, but every single day.

If I could go back, I would in a heartbeat.
But instead, I carry you with me, Addy. Always. 💛

What a night.

Packed room, unreal energy, great people… everything came together in the best way.

We’re honestly so grateful for everyone who came out, brought friends, supported the cause, and helped make it what it was. This wasn’t just an event… it was a full community showing up.

Huge shoutout to Jay Alam Photography for absolutely crushing it. Not just the photos, but the energy, getting people together, capturing the moments… he was a big part of what made the night so special.

We’re going to be dropping photos over the next few days so everyone has a chance to find theirs—this is just the first batch.
