We know that for many folks, auditions can often be scary and intimidating experiences. 😬

But that is NOT what a GCC audition is like at all! We promise! 😀

Here's what you can expect at your GCC audition:

➡️ You'll sing a piece of your choice—something that you enjoy singing and that suits your voice.

➡️ You'll sing some scales and arpeggios, so we can get to know your vocal range and colour.

➡️ You'll sing "And He Shall Purify" from Handel's Messiah. (Prepare your voice part in advance.)

➡️ You'll do a bit of sight reading.

And that's it! See? Not scary at all! ☺️

We are thrilled to be collaborating with world-class local artists to bring you The Bend in the River, a landmark concert of pride, passion, and the enduring spirit of Guelph.

That’s right, we’re (over) halfway there! Our spring fundraising campaign has raised $6205 to date in support of our annual programming, and we need your help to reach our goal.
