Shipping

* We currently ship within Canada only.
* Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
* Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. Please note that delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available in Sudbury, Ontario. Customers selecting local pickup will receive instructions once their order is ready.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. MiCrafty is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages
