A little reintroduction from the fjords of Iceland 🇮🇸

I'm Mackenzie, a Canadian artist, printmaker, educator, animal lover, and someone who believes creativity can genuinely enrich lives. Lately I've been spending my days making books, hiking, filming moments from this landscape, and reflecting on the kind of life I want to build through art, nature, and community.

I believe nature has the power to reconnect us to ourselves. I believe curiosity matters. I believe divisiveness keeps us from seeing each other clearly. And I still believe making things with our hands means something in this world.

Thanks for following along and welcome to the page.

I created this space as a dedicated home for my art practice, where I’ll be sharing exhibitions, workshops, artist books, installations, behind the scenes process, and upcoming announcements as new projects unfold.

My work moves between screen printing, sculpture, book arts, and installation, often exploring colour, atmosphere, memory, and our relationship to the natural and built environments around us.

I’m excited to share more of the process, the experiments, and the larger projects currently taking shape in the studio and beyond.
