What a way to kick off a Friday night 🔥
Zakk Sabbath absolutely knocked it out of the park with their renditions of Black Sabbath’s iconic favourites. From the first note, the energy in Midway Music Hall was undeniable, building into something bigger with every song. By the time War Pigs hit, the entire crowd had taken over—one massive, unified voice echoing back at the stage. That call and response didn’t just sound incredible, it felt electric, like the whole room was plugged into the same current.
There’s something special about a band that can channel that kind of atmosphere, and Zakk Sabbath does it effortlessly. The musicianship, the presence, the respect for the originals while still making it their own—it all comes together in a way that reminds you why these songs have stood the test of time.
I can’t say enough good things about these guys. There’s a reason Ozzy handpicked Zakk Wylde to play for him, and you can feel that legacy in every riff, every solo, every moment on stage. Keeping the spirit alive, loud, and unapologetically heavy 🤘
