Disney has expanded the eligible placeholder sailings through September 2027, with 10%, 20% and even 25% off the voyage fare on select cruises!

And yes… this can apply to existing eligible bookings too. 🙌

✨ Already booked and qualify? The adjustment can be made automatically.
✨ Already paid in full? You may even be eligible for a refund.
✨ Thinking about booking onboard? Your placeholder still requires the $250 onboard deposit and needs to be converted within 24 months.

BUT…not every sailing qualifies, so this is definitely a check the list before you lock it in situation.

Okay I have to be honest — I don’t get excited about every new resort, but Disney’s Lakeshore Lodge? I’m EXCITED. 🌲✨

This is Disney’s newest Deluxe Resort opening July 1, 2027 on Bay Lake, right between Wilderness Lodge and Fort Wilderness, so you get that woodsy, peaceful Disney escape WITHOUT giving up being close to Magic Kingdom. And yes, it has its own boat dock. 🚤

What I love most?

The freestanding Waterfront Lake Houses (inspired by Brother Bear!!) imagine waking up right on Bay Lake and boating to Magic Kingdom. And that it actually works for everyone! from a couple’s getaway to a big multigenerational family with Grand Villas sleeping up to 12.

This isn’t just another Disney hotel. It’s a full-on lakeside retreat with brand-new room categories Disney has never done before.

Believe me… I’ve lived it:

• Flights delayed twice before a cruise (hello, 1:00 AM check-in)
• Florida downpours forcing a total plan pivot
• A kid catching the flu hours before a Christmas Party
• A meltdown because Stitch walked by without waving (THE NERVE 😂)
