June 26 is the release date for my EP, Peregrine Heart, produced by Laura Rae, The Guest Room Studio. I can’t wait to share the rest of the songs with you. It took me a long time to get back into the studio because, well, life, but I’m so glad I did, and I’m super happy with the results. When you hit your 30s, I hope you experience what I did - a big shift in how much I give a s**t what others think. I used to be SO worried of how I’m perceived - now I’m concerned with how I show up for myself and those I care about, and my life has shifted in the most amazing ways.

Two years ago I was burnt out, teaching high school music and art, knowing I needed to get out of there. I had been slowly building my small business as a music producer and artist, and knew that the jumping off point would be scary, but I had no choice. I couldn’t continue on the path I had chosen when I was only 18. Life changes, YOU change… and staying in a career you chose before your brain fully formed is not the answer. Build slowly, with intention, and you’ll find your purpose.
