Had supper at the the other night (when the weather was a little nicer!)…
As much as I’m so excited for the new Arena being built downtown Calgary I will be sooo sad to see the .saddledome go. It’s literally been an iconic part of the Calgary skyline that can’t be compared to any other city! Can we please save it?!??

Just back from a beautiful trip in Sayulita Mexico 🇲🇽…
I definitely could have stayed longer for sure but am just so happy we carved this time out back in December and made it happen!
This time we chose to rent a house and it was wonderful! I just love seeing how other people live! Whether it’s a condo, grass hut, or a beach bar - Sayulita had all the vibes I was after! The sounds, the smells, the breeze and our ocean front home away from home made for such a dreamy week! If you haven’t been before you should go!

Who’s missing HBC?
I Am!
It truly breaks my heart that this iconic Canadian business is no longer operating. I was listening to my daughter study for her social studies class reminding me of how far they came…, from fur trading to having the fanciest of designs this store has always been a favourite of mine and it’s missing from the current landscape. During college I worked at the Nanaimo, B.C. location where I learned so many great skills and how to find the absolute best deals!!! I understand that Canadian Tire has purchased the rights so here’s hoping we can bring the Stripes back for 100’s of more generations to enjoy!

So I have had the privilege of Staging for many realtors and home owners but recently I was asked to help prepare a friend’s home for sale. This one hit a little differently 🥲…
I instantly felt all the emotions as even I have spent time in this space enjoying good food, company and so many laughs…
Kids growing up and all the life changes that get thrown at you makes it so hard to leave those familiar walls behind.
Selling a home is generally a very emotional process and as much as I’m sad to have this friend leave our community (ish). I’m so excited for the changes they are making to enjoy the fabulous future that lies ahead!
