Almost Words is for you.

A lighthearted, witty party game in which players are given a topic and two minutes. Spelling and grammar don’t matter as they trade and arrange uniquely-designed multi-purpose letter tiles to create a clever response. Players pitch their response to the judge, who picks their favourite. Fast-paced and endlessly funny, Almost Words is enjoyed by people of all ages, gamers and non-gamers alike.

We have been playing, tweaking, and enjoying Almost words for about 10 years and have finally decided to share it with the world. Back us on Kickstarter on September 26 to help make Almost Words a reality!

What an absolutely crazy last month it has been working on some amazing projects. One of those projects is this video all about Red Shirt Day, which is today!

Founded by Easter Seals 3 years ago, the purpose of Red Shirt Day is to celebrate people with disabilities and the way that they conquer various challenges in order to be successful. This video explains the history of Red Shirt Day and features some incredible people. Check it out here:

Some people find being in front of the camera to be stressful, often worried about making a mistake but honestly the key with it is to just have fun talking about your passion. If you have fun, the people behind the camera will too!

When I was younger, I used to choreograph and direct music videos and plays in my head. I'd hear a song or come up with a story and watch it like a show in my own head. I thought that passion had to be linked to theatre, but a few years after getting called away from that community, video work came into my life.

Most people find it weird that I'm so extroverted but love being behind a camera and then sitting at a computer editing. There is so much that is social and creative about getting to know someone well enough in such a short time that you can tell the story of their romance or their business or even their personal experience - successes or failures.

Even though my life and the work I do looks vastly different than I thought it would ten years ago, I am in constant awe of how perfectly this career was woven out of the deep parts of me that I thought I had set aside years ago.

It feels so hard to say anything because, from this place of privilege, there is no right thing to say.

We can't understand the struggle. We can't possibly know the pain. But the only thing we do know is we can't say nothing.

I can't wait until all of this COVID craziness is over so that we can all get back to enjoying the amazing views that places like Paris have to offer. In the meantime, Ben and I are still staying productive, working hard and taking some of this time to plan some really cool things for the future that we can't wait to share with you all!
