SOLD 🔥 – “Forged in Fire” (11 x 17, Textured Phoenix)

This phoenix rose from one of my pours and turned into something far more powerful than I originally imagined. The texture in the wings was built up layer by layer to give it that “forged metal” feel—like it’s emerging straight out of the fire.

I’m so grateful this piece found a home with someone who connected with it at the Winter Festival ❤️

Thank you for supporting my art and allowing me to keep creating pieces like this.

✨ Before & After Transformation ✨

This piece started with a soft, neutral driftwood-toned background — warm, earthy, and calm — and I loved the movement of the flowing black, white, and gold. But it still felt like it needed something to fully finish the look.

So I decided to add a bold black painted frame with a thin inner line, and WOW… it completely changed the whole feel of the artwork. 🖤
The frame gives it structure, makes the colors pop, and pulls your eye right into the movement.
