As most of you know I’ve been rather quiet lately on social and not been doing shows, or markets for the last couple of years…. So I am in recovery from the first of two knee replacements. This is day two post opp and I am happy to say it’s coming along rather nicely. Thanks to all my family and friend that have been helping me through this! Doctor Bisonette from the Ottawa General Hospital preformed my surgery and I recommend him highly for anyone needing this type of reconstructive surgery. He and the team from Hawkesbury General Hospital were amazing!

What fun we had while I was painting windows this past week with Amy and Jenny at Sage Flowers this past week! Bright pops of colour now slash across the front of the shop that you can see from the road as you’re driving into the Atrium Plaza at the top of Days Rd in Kingston!
Pop in and see in person and take home a spring bouquet while you’re there!

Happy birthday to my beautiful daughter Anna Doyle! 26 is only a number, but it’s hard to believe that my baby girl has grown up. And this is a sampling of just a few special moments from the past year and I can hardly wait to see what’s coming next!

I haven’t posted much lately, but I have been quietly creating and taking life slow and steady.
I haven’t done many markets, or classes here in Kingston in quite some time. I have a beautiful studio that’s finally back in order and waiting to host classes and events, but I’m taking it slow waiting for knee surgery. So please continue to follow me, my studio is my happy place, and I can’t wait to host gatherings and open houses, “Tea in my creative corner”,
When you can bring something to work on and let’s make the day of it… I have so many plans. So please stay tuned!

Join us for our first anniversary celebration this coming Saturday evening from 4 PM to 8 PM. Many artists will be there for the meet and greet, ask questions about their art and even some will be doing live painting! We will have live music, HoozHear joining us for the evening!
