Nothing hits like when a song from your childhood gets remixed, and you immediately reach peak flowstate on stage🙂‍↕️🙌

There is something incredibly special about seeing the moment a flow artist locks in. When the music, movement, and flow all synergize, and there is this tangible feeling that ripples from the performer to the crowd.

This is why we do this. This is what it's all about. Sharing in presence, and the awe of being alive❤️

Hello lovely humans! My name is Sami, but I'm known in the flow lands as Sami Dawn BigBull. I am one of the founders of Temple of Ham, and also have the great task of being Ham’s mom (watching over an omni-powerful wizard can be a lot of work🧙‍♀️)

I am a lady that is unbound by my bones, and you'll often find me noodling about with a variety of different flow props like meteor or staff. I'm driven by a wandering curiosity of the world around me, and by the love of inner child work, play, and self expression.

I am a true believer in the importance of dance and movement, and I use performance as a conduit for emotional catharsis and release. I dance to feel. And I cannot wait to share this piece of my spirit with you on stage next weekend❤️

Beyond being a performer, it is truly such an honour to be able to pivot the platform of Ham to showcase a larger group of talented people out of Calgary, AB. I am so proud to be a part of the flow community, and it means so much to get the opportunity to uplift other local talented individuals at my favourite festival. I cannot wait for you all to see the passion, heart, and talent that Temple of Ham has in store for you. You better pack your cucumbers🥒✨

💥Temple of Ham has a very exciting announcement💥

Due to some changes in performer location, we have decided to pivot from being purely a performance duo, and instead have transitioned into a Flow & Movement Collective💫

Our intention is to showcase up and coming artists in western Canada, aiming to help lower the barriers of entry for performing on stage. ToH hopes to act as a stepping stone for performers to build confidence, hone their own performance identity, and to share their art with a broader audience.

We are incredibly excited to announce our launch as a collective, and that we will be debuting an amazing group of performers at Wicked Woods in a few weeks. Keep your eyes out for our performance schedule very soon, and to find out what magical humans we will have with us for Wicked Woods✨🌲

Thank you for supporting us in this journey, and as always, ALL HAIL THE HAM!🙌

Pssst... Did you hear??👀 Temple of Ham will be performing this year at 🌲❤️

We are beyond excited to join an incredible lineup of performers, and can't wait to sprinkle the magic of Ham on stage throughout the weekend✨

Keep an eye out for us spinning noodles or weaving energy through abstract movement🔮

When we aren't performing, come find us in the crowd dancing under our Lord and saviour, Ham🙏 (Ham blessings shall be offered to those who come say hi🤫)

Only a little while longer to go! We'll see you in the woods!😊🌲
