Robin is the blue in my second most favorite (and probably my most versatile) GTX Facepaint rainbow cake: “Daydream” (Neon Moon, Dolly, Robin, a custom green made with Wrangler & Neon Moon). It works beautifully for so many of the designs we paint!
What I love most about Robin is how it looks when it’s sponged on as a base, whether on its own or blended with other colors. It has this soft smokiness to it (for lack of a better word 😅) makes it look vibrant without feeling too heavy on the skin.
Between butterflies, unicorns, and florals, Robin and Plum Pie are the two colors I refill the most in my edging cake. Speaking of flowers... Robin with Prickly Pear creates the prettiest smoky purple pink and makes gorgeous double-dip flowers. (Disclaimer: you’ll need a little extra patience loading your brush with Robin since it’s a neon. 😉) Totally worth it!
