Alberta’s craft b**r community reflects the best of our province. World-class barley grown by dedicated producers, transformed by skilled maltsters, and brought to life by brewers who pour creativity into every batch. This year, guests tasted that full journey in every pairing and every taproom experience. Thank you to the Alberta Small Brewers Association and the Alberta Ale Trail for helping us share a flavour that celebrates land, craft, and community.

Bison carries a strength that feels woven into the prairies themselves. This year, chefs and producers helped us share that story with dishes that honoured heritage, stewardship, and the land that shapes Alberta’s identity. Every plate offered a taste of resilience and care. Thank you to Noble Premium Bison for bringing such depth and authenticity to our celebration of place.

Alberta lamb carries a quiet kind of magic. It comes from producers who know their flocks, their pastures, and their seasons by heart. This year, chefs across the province honoured that care with dishes that felt thoughtful, warm, and deeply connected to the land. Every plate told a story of stewardship and intention. Thank you to the Alberta Lamb Producers for helping us share a flavour that reflects the prairies in its own gentle and beautiful way.

Alberta on the Plate is about more than great food.
It's about the people, relationships, and communities that make Alberta's food story possible.
Great food brings people together.
We're proud to partner with Alberta Beef Producers in celebrating the farmers, ranchers, chefs, and restaurants that make Alberta's food community so special. ❤️

We are proud to be participating in this year’s Alberta on the Plate. ❤️

For the occasion, we’ve created a two-course dinner menu built around ingredients grown, raised, and produced right here in Alberta.

We’re incredibly lucky to be surrounded by talented farmers, ranchers, growers, and food producers, and this menu is our way of celebrating them and the incredible ingredients they bring to our tables.

Alberta on the Plate runs until August 16.
Reservations can be made through the link in our bio!
