Family is a beautiful thing.

14 years together and still makes me want to be a better man, husband and father to our baby Zorah aka "baby Liz".

This weekend came and went so fast it feels like a dream.

But any dream with my queen is a dream come true. I'm so proud of you.

Well be together again soon. I love you and believe in you.

Reflecting on crews and 21 year anniversary is something that makes me smile ear to ear. Vancity always comes out to show love and represent. Thank you to everyone who made this event happen this year. It's great to see everyone again.

Thank you for the level up. Still have a lot to learn but I appreciate your patience. thank you for allowing me to train weekly I appreciate it more than you know.

I keep encouraging people to join a jiu-jitsu school. Grappling is a great way to burn off frustration, learn new skills, join a team, get a great work out in, etc.

Put yourself out there and try it.

Thank you for putting on a great event yesterday at BCIT. Got a chance to meet up with some of my favourite grapplers from around the Lower mainland and outside of town.

You win and you learn, nothing else. Got second place in Gi and 3rd in No Gi. But got a 1st place lesson in so many aspects of jiu-jitsu.

If you haven't tried a tournament yet then get on it. You can only learn by putting yourself out there and see what your community is working on.

Thank you .codoy for having my corner and helping me warm up, and congratulations to our team who took home so good wins in hard brackets. Now I rest, and get back at it tomorrow night.
