Born and Raised in the Philippines, Cloud Jar is an independent multi genre artist from Ontario, Canada. His free spirited approach to Life and Art creation had to be sacrificed so he can niche down his Music Genre to "Alt Pop/R&B". Through his most popular songs like "I Will Try" and "Between the Lines", his most recent song "If I'm Scott Pilgrim, You're Ramona Flowers", and his most successful
videos (pickup line videos like "Are you from Brantford?"), Cloud Jar realized that his Art has been trying to speak to him. To take the quest from the Gods of Romance, to wield the guitar and other physical and non physical creative artifacts, and create Art as the Lover Archetype. His experimental approach to music bespeaks his exposure to different styles, cultures and genres. Driven by a deep appreciation for beauty, existential crisis, the desire to create, to leave a legacy and self expression, CJ Dorado Estrella decided to pursue his artist career in 2017 as Cloud Jar. The DIY approach was a slow process, but it gave him a wider perspective on modern Art and Music. From being exposed to different music genres at an early age, people with different beliefs, life experiences, and the Internet, he developed love and curiosity for Music, Art, Entrepreneurship, Philosophy, Esoteric, Cats and Life in general. Music and Art has been his way to cope and express the enigmatic and unpredictable nature of being a human.
