Its International Daughter's day! It is celebrated on the fourth Sunday of September every year. The day was introduced to reduce the stigma in some countries attached to having a girl instead of a boy child.

In our religion of Islam, having a girl is considered a great blessing. And having a boy is considered a great gift.
Yet there have always been a lot of stigmas around having girls in our culture. May God save us from being ungrateful towards his blessings upon us and help us to raise our children in the best way possible. Ameen!

Newborn Lifestyle Session

I always admire fathers that help their woman in duties that are culturally set as a woman's job.
Harpreet was on point and so helpful with anything the mum & the baby needed throughout the shoot! It was a pleasure photographing their beautiful baby boy Yodhvir.

Babies are so magical! So beautiful! So pure! I love to capture that connection with the parents and their baby. So they can bridge that time in their life, whenever they want, and experience those feelings of indescribable joy when they see their photographs. 🙂

1st back to school. This picture makes me feel uneasy, this time makes me feel uncomfortable. We don't know what the future holds, despite the uncertainty, we must move on. Embracing the change with a happy heart.
I hope and pray that all the children, & staff stay healthy, positive, inspiring, and tackle this school year like no other.
