People are a lot like crops.

You can't plant them year after year in the same spot.

If you do, you need to take extra care to set it up with fertilizer, minerals, you might check it's ph, and genuinely give a little extra attention.

You can always plant somewhere else, it doesn't necessarily mean it will thrive, it just means you may find it easier at first. You might even find joy, walking to a different spot to take care of your crops.

But then, you have 2 spots you can't plant. If this continues, although it may seem easy at first, your garden will be depleted in the minerals that the crops need to grow.

But, if you take the work now to fertilize, water, feeding your crop and garden year after year, it will flourish, without constantly having to move around.

Tldr: feed yourself where you are. Nourish yourself. Don't think another place, job, person, is going to make you flourish.

You can only do that with self work ✨

Faraday waves- waves formed inside of a container holding a liquid, usually beside something causing vibration such as sound.

vibrations travel through liquid and can molecularly restructure. This forms those beautiful geometric patterns when you freeze it.

One thing The Group, your friendly neighborhood sound bath leaders,
Do a little differently is we place pitchers of water beside the main instruments on stage.

As we perform, the water vibrates, also making it lighter. The taste is hard to describe. It's much better than regular water, I can tell you that.
