Gilbert’s House is a Creative Network that facilitates
for the Exchange of Cultural Ideas and experiences. Our work involves the
Development of Cultural Events, Arts Skills and Creative Business Skills. Gilbert's
House also serves as cultural narrative creator using creativity and art to weave
community stories and promote cultural expression. Guided by the tagline

Word Nerd Café is an event that focuses on word-based artforms. These include Literary Arts (Playwright, novels, short stories, publishing etc) and Spoken Word Arts (Performance poetry, comedy, storytelling etc). The intention of the event is to celebrate and explore the craft of word-based arts.
