Creamy Samp recipe

Creamy Samp Ingredients:
4cups Samp,soak in hot water
150ml fresh cream
1pck Mushroom Soup
2Tblspn butter
Aromat
Parsley finely chopped

Method by Zeethecook

Wash samp & soak in hot water for an hour/overnight
drain & cook till tender then add aromat
lower the heat and add fresh cream, parsley then mushroom soup & finally your butter stirring occasionally
