This past weekend reminded me of another meaningful engagement I never got the opportunity to share.

One of the conversations that stayed with me from that gathering was around the theme: “Your Bargaining Power.”

And while many people immediately think of money or negotiation, I left reflecting on something deeper…

Your bargaining power is also:
- your presence,
- your confidence,
- your competence,
- your communication,
- your emotional intelligence,
- your reputation,
- and the way you make people feel.

It is built quietly over time through:
self-mastery, consistency, intentional behaviour and the courage to continuously grow.

Grateful to have been part of such a meaningful conversation alongside remarkable women committed to growth, leadership and transformation.

There’s something deeply beautiful about returning to a room years later and realizing that not only has the event evolved but so have you.

This past weekend at , I found myself overwhelmed with gratitude and nostalgia.

In 2022, under the theme “The Journey to Becoming,” I had the honour of sitting on that stage as a speaker, pouring into women about growth, purpose, etiquette, leadership and becoming the women we are called to be.

Fast forward to 2026, I returned as an attendee under the theme “Women Evolve in Business & Leadership”and I sat there in awe. In awe of how much the movement has grown. In awe of how the women in the room have grown. And quietly in awe of my own evolution too.

Growth truly has a way of humbling you.
The dreams get bigger.
The rooms get fuller.
The conversations get deeper.
And the women? We become softer, wiser, bolder and more intentional.

Thank you to and the entire Women Evolve team for consistently creating spaces where women are seen, sharpened, empowered and celebrated. What you are building is important, impactful and necessary.

To the phenomenal speakers and contributors:

and Mme Mma Tebelelo Seretse

Thank you for pouring into us so generously.

I am so proud to have grown with this movement and even prouder to continue supporting spaces dedicated to women development, leadership, healing, business and purpose.

Here’s to evolving gracefully and becoming endlessly. 🌸💕

There is something deeply thoughtful about appreciation expressed intentionally.

•A message.
•A small gift.
•A moment of gratitude.

Sometimes, etiquette is simply remembering to acknowledge the people who pour into our lives with love, care, patience, and support.

As we celebrate Mother’s Day, let this be a gentle reminder to appreciate the women who nurture, guide, encourage, and show up for us in quiet ways every day.

Kindness expressed is never wasted.

Happy Mother’s Day 🌸

Carry the moment well

Moments like these bring excitement, pride, and a lot of sharing.
• Posts.
• Comments.
• Reactions.
And even in celebration,
how we engage matters.
• Respectful words.
• Thoughtful reactions.
• Awareness of others.
Because etiquette is not only in quiet moments, it is also in how we celebrate.
Let us celebrate with pride,
and with grace.

History. Pride. Presence. 🇧🇼

Witnessing greatness up close reminds you that excellence is not accidental,it’s built, passed on, and carried with intention. Moments like these don’t just happen…they position a nation.

Congratulations to my home country Botswana for bringing the 4x400m home. Proud is an understatement. We celebrate you.

A Moment of Pride for Botswana 🇧🇼

As we host the 2026 World Relay Athletics Championships, we are reminded that true excellence goes beyond performance on the track, it lives in how we show up as a nation.

Every smile, every cheer, every act of kindness contributes to how Botswana is experienced and remembered.

Let us rise to the occasion, not only as spectators, but as gracious hosts and proud ambassadors of our beautiful country.

Because how we gather, celebrate, and support…
positions Botswana on the global stage.

Stepping out for lunch… but first, a little moment 🙂

I’ve been taking things slower lately, resting, resetting, giving myself permission to just be. Because not every move needs to be loud or rushed… some of the most powerful shifts happen in quiet, gentle pauses.

Slow progress doesn’t mean you’re not building, it means you’re building with intention.

And as I step back into my flow, here’s your reminder:
Don’t wait for perfect conditions to chase your dreams.Start as you are. Show up anyway. Trust the process.

Now… let’s go to lunch

✨ Grateful. Honoured. Inspired. ✨

I am truly honoured to be part of this year’s International Women’s Month Webinar alongside powerful women from across the world 🌍

I deeply believe in the power of both local and global collaboration; that when women come together, share, support, and uplift one another, we create spaces for growth, impact, and meaningful change.

Looking forward to contributing to this important conversation on “Give to Gain” and exploring how we can collectively accelerate wealth, impact, and collaboration.

We closed the month of January on a high note, setting a grounded and intentional tone for the rest of the year.

This past Saturday, 31st January, The Etiquette Class hosted and I facilitated the Self-Mastery & Etiquette Class, and I’ve been sitting with the feedback since. It was thoughtful, reflective, and clear in one simple truth: this is work we all need.

The session created space for people to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with how inner awareness shapes outward conduct — how we lead ourselves, communicate, and show up in everyday life.

I’m grateful for the openness in the room and the depth of engagement. It affirmed that self-mastery and personal etiquette are not luxuries, but essential life practices.

As we move into the year ahead, I’m opening space for:
• Small group sessions, and
• One-on-one engagements,
for those seeking intentional personal development in a more focused setting.

If this resonates, you’re welcome to reach out quietly.
