I’ve been listening to for years, in my playlists, in my studio, in my head whilst I’m producing. And yesterday there she was, right in front of me, live…
Being right there at the front, feeling every drop of that set was already something, but I gave my absolute everything at that show.
Oh, and when Strange came on? I sang. Loud and completely off-key. No regrets whatsoever, my body simply refused to stay quiet and absolutely ruined the moment 💀
I completely lost it when Eliza played You’re So High, the first song I ever heard from them. It felt like the universe knew.
Even without the lights, she SHONE.
No power, no screens. Just the sound and somehow everything became even more beautiful. Felt like she was playing only for the ones who truly get it.
Getting a selfie with Eliza at the end was the cherry on top of a day I’ll never forget. (In my head, we’re besties now.)
Thank you for the set, the energy, the music. It was so incredibly special.
