🌶️ Homemade Pepper Jelly Recipe 🌶️

Ingredients:

4 red chili peppers (seeded for less heat)
1 red bell pepper
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1 clove garlic (optional)
1 packet fruit pectin
A pinch of salt

Instructions:

1. Chop the chili peppers and bell pepper into small pieces.

2. In a saucepan, add the peppers, vinegar, garlic, and salt. Cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes.

3. Add the sugar and stir until completely dissolved.

4. Add the fruit pectin and boil for another 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

5. Remove from heat and let it cool. The jelly will thicken as it cools.

6. Store in a clean jar and keep refrigerated.

American Pancakes Recipe 🥞

Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
1 egg
2 tablespoons melted butter (or vegetable oil)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

2. In another bowl, whisk the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.

3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix gently until combined. Do not overmix; small lumps are okay.

4. Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease it.

5. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the pan for each pancake.

6. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for another 1–2 minutes until golden brown.

7. Serve warm with maple syrup, butter, fruits, or honey.

🍮 Pudim Mesclado de Ninho com Chocolate

📝 Ingredientes

1 lata de leite condensado
2 medidas da lata de leite
3 ovos
6 colheres (sopa) de leite em pó (ninho)
3 colheres (sopa) de chocolate em pó

👩‍🍳 Modo de preparo

1️⃣ Bata no liquidificador o leite condensado, o leite e os ovos até ficar homogêneo.
2️⃣ Divida a mistura em duas partes iguais.
3️⃣ Em uma parte, acrescente o leite em pó e bata novamente.
4️⃣ Na outra parte, acrescente o chocolate em pó e bata até incorporar.
5️⃣ Despeje as duas misturas alternadamente em uma forma de pudim, criando o efeito mesclado.
6️⃣ Asse em banho-maria, em forno preaquecido a 180 °C, por cerca de 50 a 60 minutos, até firmar.
7️⃣ Deixe esfriar, leve à geladeira por pelo menos 4 horas, desenforme e sirva.

Chicken Cream for Natural Sandwiches

Ingredients:
1kg chicken breast
1 small grated carrot (80g)
1 small grated onion (80g)
Juice of 1 lemon
2 tablespoons olive oil
600g good quality mayonnaise
Chopped parsley (to taste)
Salt and pepper (to taste)

Preparation:
In a pressure cooker, place the chicken breast, the juice of ½ lemon, salt and pepper.
Add water to cover the chicken breast and close the pressure cooker. Bring to a boil over high heat until the pressure cooker reaches pressure.

Once it reaches pressure, reduce the heat and cook for 20 minutes.

Turn off the heat, wait for the pressure to release naturally and open the pressure cooker.

Drain the broth and close the pressure cooker again.

Shake the pressure cooker for about 2 minutes and open: your shredded chicken breast will be ready to use. Finally, just mix in the remaining ingredients.

Strawberry and Condensed Milk Layered Dessert 🍓

Condensed Milk Cream:
2 cans of sweetened condensed milk
2 cans of heavy cream
1 cup of powdered milk (Ninho brand or similar)
200 ml of milk
2 tablespoons of cornstarch
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract (optional)

Assembly:
2 boxes of strawberries
1 package of cornstarch or champagne biscuits
1/2 cup of milk (to soak the biscuits)

👩‍🍳 Preparation Method

Cream

1. In a saucepan, combine the sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, powdered milk, milk, and cornstarch.

2. Mix well before turning on the heat.

3. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened and smooth.

4. Turn off the heat and add the vanilla extract (optional). Set aside to cool slightly.

Assembly

In a serving dish or individual bowls:
1. Make a layer of cream.

2. Dip the cookies in milk and arrange a layer over the cream.

3. Add a layer of strawberries.

4. Repeat the layers until finished, ending with cream.

5. Decorate with strawberries on top and, if desired, sifted powdered milk.

6. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours (the colder, the better).

Simple Orange Cake

Ingredients:

3 eggs
1 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of oil
1 cup of freshly squeezed orange juice (strained)
2 cups of all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon of baking powder

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).

2. In a blender, beat the eggs, sugar, oil, and orange juice until smooth.

3. Pour the mixture into a bowl and gradually add the flour, mixing well.

4. Finally, add the baking powder and mix gently.

5. Pour the batter into a greased and floured cake pan.

6. Bake for about 35 to 40 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

✨ Extra tip:

If you like, make a syrup with orange juice and sugar and pour it over the still-warm cake—it's wonderful!

Panqueca de Camarão 🍤

Ingredientes
Massa
1 copo de leite
1 copo de farinha de trigo
2 ovos inteiros
Sal a gosto
1 colher de azeite

Recheio
1 colher de azeite
1 vidro de palmito
1 dente de alho amassado
1/2 cebola bem picadinha
400 g de camarão descascados e limpos
1 caldo de peixe dissolvido em 1/2 copo de água morna
200 g de requeijão

Molho
4 colheres de manteiga com sal
2 colheres de farinha de trigo
1 xícara de leite
100 g de queijo parmesão ralado
2 colheres de salsinha picadinha

Modo de Preparo

Massa:
1. Junte em uma vasilha funda o copo de leite, a farinha, os ovos e o sal.
2. Bata tudo.
3. Aqueça o azeite em uma frigideira rasa e pequena, coloque 1 co**ha pequena não muito cheia da massa.
4. Quando a parte de baixo estiver dourada vire e doure o outro lado.
5. Retire e coloque em um tabuleiro.
6. Abra a massa e coloque o recheio.

Recheio:
Aqueça em uma caçarola o azeite, junte a cebola e o alho ate dourar, junte o camarão, e refogue por 2 minutos, em seguida junte 1/2 vidro de palmito picado, bata a outra metade do palmito no liquidificador com o caldo de peixe dissolvido na agua, junte ao refogado.

Deixe cozinhar por mais 5 minutos.

Apague o fogo e recheie as panquecas colocando sobre o recheio uma colher de requeijão em cada panqueca e arrume-as no tabuleiro.

Molho:
Em uma panela pequena aqueça a manteiga, junte o leite, em seguida a farinha de trigo mexendo para não embolar, apague o fogo assim que estiver bem misturado.

Junte o queijo parmesão e regue as panquecas.

Jogue por cima a salsinha picada.

Leve ao forno por aproximadamente 10 minutos em fogo baixo pré-aquecido.
