Meet Rob "Beer" – Frontstage Manager 🍻🤘

When the bands hit the stage and the crowd comes alive, Rob "Beer" and his team are right where the action happens.

As Frontstage Manager, Rob is responsible for the area in front of the stage, helping to ensure the safety of our fans throughout the festival day.

From catching crowdsurfers safely to preventing unwanted stage invasions, Rob and his crew are the boots on the ground, always keeping a watchful eye on the crowd while the music is blasting.

While firsts and horns are raised in the air, circle pits are forming, and crowdsurfers are flying over the crowd, Rob and his team are there to make sure everyone can enjoy the festival safely and return home with great memories.

At Helcity Open Air, the wellbeing of our metal family comes first, and we're proud to have dedicated people like Rob leading the charge at the front of the stage.

Meet Anneke – Personnel Manager 🤘📋

Every great festival needs someone who keeps everything and everyone organized, and at Helcity Open Air, that person is Anneke.

As our Personnel Manager, Anneke is the key that unlocks everything. She is often the very first person volunteers, crew members, and bands will meet when arriving at the festival.

Together with her team, Anneke ensures that everyone receives the correct wristbands, required documents, and the information they need to start their Helcity adventure. Whether you're a volunteer reporting for duty, a crew member arriving for your shift, or a band preparing to take the stage, your journey begins with Anneke.

Behind the scenes, Anneke is the central figure connecting people, information, and access. Everyone backstage passes through her checkpoint, making sure everything is in order and that every person is where they need to be.

Without proper registration, there is simply no backstage access. Anneke helps keep the festival running smoothly, safely, and professionally from the very first moment people arrive on site.

At Helcity Open Air, organization is just as important as passion, and we're proud to have Anneke at the helm of one of the festival's most important roles.
