I’ve been away from posting for a while, but not from making.

Life has been full lately. Between work, caring for my home and garden, and spending time in the studio, social media took a back seat. But the clay kept moving, and so did I.

I’m excited to be back and share what I’ve been working on. Thanks for being here and following along.

These textured vessels are part of what has been taking shape in the studio over the past few months.

Each pot began as a solid chunk of clay.

Slowly, a hollow was opened and expanded outward. My hands shaped the clay through pressure, force, and yes—quite a bit of hitting. 😁

Every mark remains visible. The textured surface carries the memory of each gesture, recording the conversation between hand and clay.
