In my wrap skirt era 😉 but this time it's reversible!! 🤩

I had leftover fabric from this shirt that I made a couple of summers ago and decided to last minute turn those scraps into a reversible wrap skirt. This makes the skirt very versatile and I can style it in different ways. 🥰

I'm normally not a skirts girlie, but wrap skirts are so comfortable and easy, that I'm switching sides 🤭

I haven't styled it with both printed sides together, but I might at some point. Here, I just wanted to point out the versatility of the skirt 🤗

And we're adding more summer shorts to the collection! This time I made the shorts for my girlfriend to take on our holiday 🤗

She definitely looks way better in it, but you'll just have to believe me on my word 😉

These do give a super summer vibe, which is exactly what we were going for! 🥰

Summer shorts, but this time a little different 🤭

I have been making the hack to make all my recent summer shorts, because they look soo good and are extremely comfortable 🤗 However, I wanted to try something new for a change, which led me to a different Lane Pants hack; adding ruffles to the hem Sydney 👋🏼

They turned out sooooooo pretty!! 🥰🤩
They bring a whole new cutesy vibe to the category of summer shorts and I'm adoring it ☺️

New summer shorts alert 📢

I'm leaving in a few days on a roadtrip through Europe and I need different outfits, as the weather is hot and I will need to change clothes regurarly 🤭

I then found out I don't have enough shorts for the whole trip, so sewing some more seemed like the only solution 😅

This is number one 😉 made from scraps from an earlier project (only the real ones will know which 🫣)

I love love love this fabric and am really happy that I had enough to make a second project 🥰

With the heatwave not calming down, I'm in desperate need of more summer clothes that are light and breezy, because I am dying in this heat 🥵

Double gauze to the rescue!!!

I bought this double gauze fabric a few summers ago and decided it was finally its time to shine.

What makes this fabric so fun, is that it is also double lined, with little ginghams on one side and bigger ginghams on the other. This made it super fun to play with the different panels on the dress 🤗

This dress is super light and breezy, exactly what I needed when temperatures are rising again 😅

When two of your friends get married, you have to make a personalized wedding present, right? 😉

My gorgeous friend got married to the love of her life this weekend and I wanted to make something special for them to treasure forever and ever 🤗

They looove camping, so what better present than some fleece sweaters? Make them matching and embroider them with their names and wedding date, and it becomes the perfect wedding gift 🥰

In my family, it is kind of a tradition to gift a married couple something with their name and wedding date on, so they can use it for their entire married life, remembering their wedding day. So I wanted to do the same for them, with something that they can use over and over again 😊 and I think it worked out really well.

Bedsheets make the perfect summer dress 😉

I've been seeing everyone make the and wanted to hop on the trend, so here is my version 🤗

I made the front and back longer by 10cm so I could add a smaller ruffle tier. Next time I think I would lengthen by another 5cm, since the dress is a bit on the short side right now 🤭

Other wise, I made no other alterations to the pattern 😊

This is the perfect summer breeze pattern and gives so much potential for so many more dresses 🥰
