Born in Amjhupi, a small village in Bangladesh, Asif graduated in Economics and Masters from reputed Dhaka University. His journey began when he accidently met a French photographer, at an event. As luck would have it, the first picture shot by the French photographer got published in an international magazine and the front pages of Times, South Africa. e journey into the modelling and the glamour world learning the trade from some of the most respected names in the fashion world. His first shooting assignment was in Australia where he got selected to walk for Sydney fashion week. After that, he moved to Spain and shot for the cover of Ola Magazine and the walked the ramp for the prestigious Fashion week in Barcelona. Since then there was no looking back as he travelled internationally to various countries doing fashion weeks and shot with reputed photographers and talents. The talent honed by the above designers was tapped to full potential by Bangladesh’s closest neighbor India, where he even appeared on the screen on the most famous reality show, Big Boss. After years of success, Asif Azim is now considered one of the top 10 male models ever produced. Asif now works closely with various film houses to build on his next chapter.
