Very hard 😭

This decision was not easy, but after a lot of thought, I have decided to disband Strix ES.
Over time, emotional pressure and financial difficulties have continued to grow. Managing the team required constant time, energy, and resources, and unfortunately I reached a point where I could no longer balance everything properly. The stress of expectations, responsibility, and unresolved internal struggles began to affect my mental well-being.
Financially, it became increasingly difficult to support the team. Expenses related to practice, management, and growth were no longer sustainable, and without stable backing or sufficient resources, continuing would have been unfair to both the players and the organization.
This decision comes from responsibility, not failure. I believe it is better to end Strix ES with honesty and respect rather than continue under pressure that could harm everyone involved.
I am grateful to every player, supporter, and member who was part of this journey. Strix ES will always be something I am proud of, even if this chapter ends here.
