মাঝে মাঝে জীবনটা খুব unpredictable হয়ে যায়, তাই না? আমরা সারাদিন অনেক হাসিখুশি থাকার pretend করি, সবার সাথে তাল মিলিয়ে চলি, কিন্তু দিনশেষে যখন একা হই, তখন মনের ভেতর এক অদ্ভুত emptiness কাজ করে। আমরা সবাই আসলে কোনো না কোনো invisible battle লড়ছি যা বাইরের কেউ কখনো বুঝবে না।
সবাইকে খুশি করতে গিয়ে আমরা প্রায়ই নিজেদের mental peace বিসর্জন দিয়ে দিই। অথচ এই ছোট জীবনে সবচেয়ে বড় achievement হলো নিজের মনের শান্তি খুঁজে পাওয়া। People will judge you, they will misunderstand your silence, but you have to be kind to yourself first. মায়া কাটানো শিখতে হয়, কারণ অতিরিক্ত attachment অনেক সময় আমাদের অনেক বেশি vulnerable করে দেয়।
It’s okay to feel overwhelmed. It’s okay to take a break from everything and just breathe. জীবনের এই messy আর complicated পথটাতে নিজেকে হারিয়ে ফেলবেন না। Be the person who cares, even if the world doesn't care back. কারণ দিনশেষে আপনার humanity আর আপনার kindness-ই আপনাকে অন্যদের চেয়ে আলাদা করে রাখবে।
