The AIUB Esports Club successfully hosted the seminar “The Pathway to Game Development and the Future of Industry: From Code to Creation”, bringing together passionate students and industry professionals to explore the evolving landscape of game development.
We were honored by the presence of Rani Ellen V. Ramos, Lecturer (Animator), Faculty of the Department of Media and Mass Communication, who joined the session and actively participated in the discussions.
A special thanks to our distinguished guests from Studio Aloukik — Shihab Nur Nabil (CEO & Head of Game Design) and Shams Parvez Arka (Lead Engine Programmer) — for sharing their valuable insights and real-world experience with our students.
Our esteemed guests also visited the AIUB Supercomputing Lab—one of its kind—and expressed their appreciation for the university’s advanced facilities and commitment to innovation.
The speakers encouraged students to pursue opportunities in game development within Bangladesh and acknowledged the contribution of AIUB Esports Club in fostering this growing ecosystem.
A proud milestone for the club—AIUB students also participated in an exclusive beta testing session, available only to AIUB, marking a first-of-its-kind initiative for any club.
