Presented as part of Discover Dhaka at Aloki, this exhibition brought together contemporary artworks inspired by the city’s people, places, memories, and rhythms. Through diverse artistic perspectives, the exhibition explored the many layers of Dhaka—its energy, contradictions, histories, and everyday beauty.

Artefactum Parlor brought together the works of 36 contemporary artists from across Bangladesh in a welcoming environment at Shala, creating a space for discovery and connection through art.

Throughout the exhibition, visitors explored a diverse collection of paintings, sculptures, prints, and mixed-media works while enjoying a dynamic program of cultural events that transformed the gallery into a vibrant gathering place for artists, collectors, and art enthusiasts.

As we look back on the exhibition, we are grateful to everyone who visited, participated, and helped make Artefactum Parlor such a memorable experience.
