𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄:
We are on the lookout for a highly motivated female professional to join our team as a Public Communication Officer. In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to impact our center's success by managing front desk operations, facilitating student admissions, and enhancing our online presence through social media promotion and digital marketing. Additionally, we are seeking someone skilled in video editing to create captivating and creative video content.
𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
𝗙𝗿𝗼𝗻𝘁 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗸 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: the welcoming face of our center, providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and assisting students and visitors.
𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐀𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬: prospective students through the admission process, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
𝐏𝐡𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐂𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐌𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: Handle incoming calls and messages with professionalism, addressing inquiries and providing essential information.
𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐚 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Develop and execute social media strategies to promote our center's courses, events, and activities.
𝐃𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠: Manage digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, paid advertising, and SEO optimization.
𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:-
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Previous experience in front desk management and admissions is a plus.
- Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative thinking and a passion for education.
