After spending over **30 hours** in *Mafia III* and completing the main story, I can confidently say this game exceeded my expectations.
The opening hours felt slow and somewhat repetitive, making it difficult to get fully invested at first. However, once the story began to unfold, introducing deeper missions, new characters, and unexpected twists, the experience became significantly more engaging.
*Mafia III* gradually transforms into a gripping tale of **revenge, betrayal, crime, and cinematic action**. Just when I thought the story was nearing its conclusion, new characters, fresh storylines, and additional districts kept expanding the experience, making it hard to put the game down.
One of the biggest highlights was the return of **Vito Scaletta** from *Mafia II*. As a longtime fan of Vito, seeing him become an important part of the story was an incredible surprise and a rewarding connection between the two games.
The missions involving Lincoln Clay's **CIA contact** delivered some of the game's most intense action, while the high-speed chase alongside **Roxy Laveau** was one of the most exciting and memorable sequences in the campaign.
The **final mission** was outstandingโcinematic, intense, and perfectly paced. The final confrontation was especially satisfying, with Lincoln Clay's sudden knife attack followed by kicking the boss off the rooftop creating one of the most brutal and unforgettable moments in the entire game.
The atmosphere, soundtrack, and recreation of **1968 New Bordeaux** add tremendous depth to the overall experience. While certain gameplay elements can become repetitive, the compelling story, memorable characters, and cinematic presentation make the journey well worth completing.

*Mafia III* isn't a game that immediately reveals its strengthsโbut if you stay with it, you'll be rewarded with a powerful revenge story, memorable characters, and some truly outstanding cinematic moments.
