গর্ভাবস্থার নবম মাস (৩৬–৪০ সপ্তাহ) মায়ের জীবনের সবচেয়ে উত্তেজনাপূর্ণ সময়। এই সময় শিশুটি জন্মের জন্য প্রস্তুত হয় এবং তার ওজন একটি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ স্বাস্থ্য সূচক।

🌼 নবম মাসে শিশুর প্রত্যাশিত ওজন:
🔹 ৩৬ সপ্তাহে শিশুর গড় ওজন প্রায় ২.৭ কেজি
🔹 ৪০ সপ্তাহে গড়ে প্রায় ৩.৩ কেজি
👉 ২.৫ কেজি থেকে ৪ কেজি পর্যন্ত ওজনকে স্বাভাবিক ও স্বাস্থ্যকর ধরা হয়।
👉 ৪০ সপ্তাহের পর থেকে শিশু প্রতিদিন গড়ে ১৪ গ্রাম করে ওজন বাড়াতে পারে।
👉 ২.৫ কেজির নিচে হলে তাকে কম ওজনের শিশু (Low Birth Weight) বলা হয়।

🌼 শিশুর দ্রুত ওজন বৃদ্ধির জন্য করণীয়:
✨ সুষম খাবার – প্রোটিন, ফল, সবজি, শস্য ও দুগ্ধজাত খাবার নিয়মিত খান।
✨ পর্যাপ্ত পানি – প্রতিদিন অন্তত ৮–১০ গ্লাস পানি পান করুন।
✨ বিশ্রাম ও ঘুম – প্রতিদিন ৭–৯ ঘণ্টা ঘুম এবং ছোট বিরতি নিন।
✨ নিয়মিত চেকআপ – ডাক্তারের পরামর্শ অনুযায়ী আল্ট্রাসাউন্ড ও পরীক্ষা করান।
