Making of ' ETERNAL IDENTITY '

▪︎ ETERNAL IDENTITY ▪︎
ETERNAL IDENTITY is a work from my series ' ONCE UPON A TIME' which is a representative of my connection with soft toys of mine and expressing some core childhood memories throughout them. ETERNAL IDENTITY is representing my identity in a stack of soft plush teddy bears where I see myself. The mirror is showing a half reflection of myself. I tried to use a vintage mirror which once I had in my childhood and I used to keep looking at it everytime. The soft toys are the representative of innocence and naive characteristics here, which we all had once upon a time. Every single of them are those memories from childhood we left back in past and now we think we are strong and unbreakable by the time yet we are fragile inside as the mirror and seeking the identity from the past somewhere.

Taking two prints of one of his amazing work 'Embracing Friendship' using printing press machine ( on Fabriano Rosaspina paper)and baren ( on Japanese Washi paper).
